3D BIM Modeling Service
RanStan BIM Services is a computer based building information modeling (BIM) service using the Autodesk© Revit© family of products. For customers needing outsourcing of 3D coordination services, we also utilize Autodesk© NavisWorks©. We work with general contractors, mechanical contractors, building product manufacturers, and building owners to meet their ever expanding need for the latest in BIM technology.We are constantly evaluating the maturity and usefulness of BIM modeling technology in an effort to offer the most useful package for our customer's specific needs on any particular project. In BIM services, one size does not fit all. Meeting each customer's specific project objectives requires detailed communication from day one.
Our 3D BIM Modeling Philosophy
At RanStan BIM Services, our goal is the intelligent exchange of data not just exchanging intelligent data. We say "currently" because this totally intelligent, so-called 5D or 6D model is not completely achievable with today's technology. This indeed is the ultimate goal of BIM, and it will be challenging to get there. It will be achieved. We are not there today.
